Jodi Keast was a Tax & Business Services Consultant with the world renowned accounting practice, Deloitte. This role took Jodi to Sydney for three years. After that, Jodi moved to Canberra to specialise in the provision of business services.
The Australian Maritime Safety Authority is a respected world leading regulator and provider of maritime safety, marine environment protection and pollution response and maritime and aviation search and rescue. Jodi worked for two years in their Canberra Head Office.
For over 10 years, Jodi Keast worked for the Child Support Agency. During this time she led the Financial Management Group, established the inaugural internal audit program and set up a Risk Management Framework and Governance, Risk & Improvement Committee. She was also the executive responsible for the Agency's emergency and business continuity program.
During this year, Jodi Keast worked as a consultant with CIT Solutions to teach a Diploma of Government (Financial Management) and a Statement of Attainment in Accrual Accounting.
Jodi joined the Commonwealth Department of Human Services who is responsible for the development of service delivery policy. The department offers a range of health, social and welfare payments and services through Medicare, Centrelink, Child Support, CRS Australia and Australian Hearing. Jodi led the integration of the business continuity teams and frameworks from across these programs, and managed the strategic planning, business planning and performance reporting teams.
